Acts 9:25 tells about Saul (later known as Paul) being lowered down a city wall in a basket. The electrician got the vase out of the apartment building in the same way. He tied all of Mrs. Jessen’s blankets together as a rope substitute. He then put the vase in the emptied picnic basket, unlocked the window, and lowered the basket to the alley below. When the basket touched the ground, he went down to the alley and moved the vase from the basket to his van. He then went back up to the apartment and pulled the basket up. This is why he was seen going up to the apartment twice by the security cameras while carrying nothing. When he had pulled up the blankets and basket, he locked the window.
